I also work with Solution Focused Brief Therapy, EMDR and Auricular Acupuncture and often use a combination of these techniques to deliver a powerful and unique treament tailored to each individual person and their issues.

One to One Individual Consultations
A gentle, respectful, and confidential service, the initial consultation lasts about half an hour, treatment sessions then last for between 60 to 90 mins. There is usually a marked improvement after the first session with many condition needing only between 1 - 5 sessions, though some deep rooted issues may take a little longer.

Also availible for group work, training and talks.
